 You know everytime I drive across I-10 past the Palm Springs I am
 reminded of the RAPE of the Taxpayers by the Scam Artists. Adn the
 remindr is the Wind Power Towers endlessly turning and producing
 excelently nothing after billions of Taxpayer dollars dumped down the
 Tax Writeoff RAT HOLE.
Adnm the IDIOTS are trying to do it again with the "Home Solar Power"
Scam. Dumping millions into the TAX Writeoff and Rebate RAT hole.
One thing I will say for them is that this time the proposal contains
some "Conditions" as to the Quality of the system. IT must meet certian
standards and must partialy work. NOT like the last Fiasco, the Solar
Water heating assist systems. A Dismal and total failure overall.
The biggest down side is that it could be made made Manditory for a
certin percentage of new construction raising the price even more in one
of the HIGHEST priced markets in the country, about $27,000, LOCKING out
even more from ever buying a house.
