We are talking specifically with WINServer.  Yes, it is fairly easy -- if you
want to write batch files and script the Windows FTP.EXE client.  wcQWKnet
does all that using WINServer's only FTP client code.  wcQWKnet is bascially
the QWKNET script for Synchronet ported over to WINServer.
