THis is the same proceedure I use for Buttons; as long as the water is good
and warm, she reacts to it as she would a good petting. :*)
Unfortunately, Buttons has shown some allergic reaction to certain flea
products in the past, so I avoid using the usual flea shampoo...and the
advantage/xspot stuff probably wouldn't be good for her either. The last
time I used flea products, I bathed both Buttons and Gwenevere, and dipped
Gwen but not Buttons. Wouldn't you know it, Buttons bathed Gwenevere, and
next thing I knew, she was foaming at the mouth. So much for THAT idea.
I did find a good shampoo though that kills fleas and acts as a repellant.
It's called Earthly Extracts, Citronella with Cedar. Does wonderful things
for all that hair too.
If Life was a highway, I'd be in a ditch.
Bright Blessings
