Hello ALL!
To those Boys that like making sure that their Exquisite knowledge is burned 
in the heavens...
This whole string was started because I simply wanted a modem to respond 
faster to the busy signal and it wouldn't.
After all was said and done, someone mentioned the command, I tried it and it 
didn't work.
After many other answers back, I tried variations. I found the answer, it 
works and without question...so I posted that I did find the answer and where 
it goes....and what do I see...
A bunch of (assumed) Adults argue that it can't work and that I cannot know 
what I am talking about while all I did was post that I found the answer and 
that it DOES work.
Keep things like this in mind when ever you wonder Why something doesn't get 
done.
In a hospital,
In your town,
In your office,
anywhere that you find that the answer that works, and without fail is argued 
to death because someone insists that their knowledge says it can't, 
therfore, don't try it and don't recomend it.
God Help you if they are promoted to your Supervisor.

The command that I was given, something called X4 didnt work where I was told 
to place it and where I did place it, it WORKS!
The modem recycles within 2 burst of Busy tone.
Does it at least Appear to work:    Yes.
Does this solve the problem of
the computer dragging calling
for mail?                           Yes.
AM I happy:                         YES.
Am I allowed to say that what
I did works:                        NO!
Lets all think about this the next time an Open Mind decides what we know is 
wrong and what they know is the only right answer so we MUST, WITH no 
QUESTION, Follow their guidance, JUST do it, and if it doesn't work, GO BUY 
ANOTHER!!!!
..because some of us dont care to be doctors, as there already is a GOD.
