For those of us running Windows 7, if you haven't tried DOSbox, you should.

I have the original Blue Wave mail reader running in fullscreen mode on
Windows 7 Home Premium on my 64-bit laptop.  It works nicely but I've been
told BW might act kinda weird in that configuration.  I've not had any
problems so far.

What's really nice is the fullscreen mode--I have a hard time reading the
screen and in FS mode I can read it just fine without my reading glasses.
