	The seller, a widow, 83, gave me a good deal as I had helped her on many
occasions. We do not intend ever selling the place but my estate would
certainly benefit. Even today, I could make a 10% gain.

	Nope ! The area is mostly "green", ie: designed as agricultural,
this gives us a 360ø view of open spaces, river and fields. Population is
800 year-round but swells to over 3k in the summer, tourists come for the
"quaintness", at times I have to walk my byke there are so many
of them, a bit annoying but they bring $$$ to the village. I think that you
enjoy the same type of surroundings. My lot is 86' x 160'.
