Apparently some fido style networks would allow that sort of thing,
which is why the option is there. I just reinstalled my last known
working copy of PCB on a Vista test machine It works too. Just
to help him as much as possible. Way back when I used to use PCB to
toss the mail etc. but this copy used Intermail to do that. It had
Interecho that would allow PCB style message tossing.

I think there is an option in the setup to force the route to one.
Will have to check that again. To write a netmail in PCB you put the
nodenumber on the first line of the message. The To field has just
the name, as usual. I used a PPL script that asked for all the info
and then did it all in the background. Much easier on the users

Already done. I had him install that last night. However, something
is still awry, cause Irex does not see his echomail packets.
