You believe wrong. The base plan has 40 cents per minute in one second
billing (a 30% value compared to 1 minute billing) then after 250 minutes
the air time rate is 20 cents per minute again in 1 second billing.
One second billing is the only true value way to go. Why pay for 2 minutes
when you made (2)  15 second calls?  One second billing saves huge amounts
of money. Clearnet and Nextel share the same billing one second advantage.
