I got my first Beatles books in a long time recently, THE BEATLES IN
THE PRESS (I think that's the title, the book's out on loan already).
Many verbatim press reports from the time, as the title might suggest.
Anyway, the boys are reported as saying they wrote "What You're Doing"
and "Every Little Thing" together, in the U.S. (and that John plays
lead).
