My short menory loss is a result of Old Age. Hopefully some time after
the first of the year I cna see it I can retain enough to pass the test.
I learned al of the thriory in high School so that part hopefully is
jsut a refresher of the brain cells. I expect my biggest problem wil be
rembembering the rules and Regulations. That is why I got the CD in
addition to the Extra Book as it has an excellent practice test of the
question pool. The old Computer is really going to get a wrok oit most
likely.

As a side note I am saddened by my age group that shy away from
Computers as it is most likely the BEST brain excerise one can get.
Adn the "USE or LOOSE it" quote I used recently aplies to the Brain just
as much as other things.

SD>There's a lot of people who enjoy VHF/UHF and don't want to do anything else

SD>I've had my license is that once a new ham gets a taste of HF, they will

SD>I'm only upgrading to my Extra because I can. Well, that and a little more
SD>bandwidth to call DX in. :)
