Buy a ready made cable. I see the other replys to your question, they are
correct. You would do better to ask where to buy a cable by mail.

If you really want to build it yourself, do it. But this kind of small
item is not worth the trouble, unless you just want to prove you can build
it yourself.

I never checked the instructions since I always run this macro as a
  standalone macro.
After re-reading the instructions I don't see why it would not work.
I did not have time to check any further.
Doublely defined? Did you put the macro into 'tse.ui' and also use the
#include statement. The #include statement is the same as inserting
the file at the place of the #include and only attempting to do both
should give you the error 'Attempting to re-define...'

The file dates are old but the macros may have been updated for
release TSE 2.00.............I saw the old date and thought that it
might still contain the old UpCase. I will have to take a look at
your changes some other time to see what you have done. I am rushing
to finish this message and post it before I leave.
