That I doubt very much.  I'm now running a Warp Try&Buy build, which is
supposed to expire after 45 days.  However, due to some problems I had to
reinstall a couple of times, and each reinstall reset the downcount... 
(nor did I keep track of it myself;-).  Yes, I do have two OS/2 licenses
now on the shelf, and I fully plan to buy a full Warp (FP or LC FP) once it
becomes available (probably after the Warp-f-W CSD).  In short, it isn't
the code, it's the license: contact your lawyers about its applicatibility
to your situation.
