Tobruk will take packets, and process them to other destinations
(irrelevant in your case), and also toss them into the messagebase.  In
this last respect, there is a 32k limit on message size instead of the 16k
you currently have. The next version will have a limit of 2 meg or whatever
you damn well like. BFN.
