Hello All!
   I'm having a problem with the picture from my Serria III rcvr.
It seems that whenever a picture comes on that has mostly white
in the frame - the picture begins to flip horizontally, and then
as soon as the picture returns to less white - the rollong stops.
   The TV is a late model Sanyo 27".  The rolling only occurs when
I have the 'sync' set to OFF on the IRD.  If the 'sync' is ON, the
picture distorts and the bottom frame moves up to the middle and
shifts to the left enough so as to make the pic unviewable.
Anyone have any ideas as to what might be causing this ?
I've tried changing the "video level" setting on the IRD and the
problem persists...
