Sorry, this is incorrect.  TSE Jr. (formerly QEdit) does _not_ reformat
the text of a file when it is loaded, unless you (a) explicitly execute
a macro that uses the WrapPara command, (b) have a Main macro that calls
WrapPara.
TSE Jr. will split a line *if* it is too long.  However, it only does
this when there are more than 1000 characters (in QEdit 3.00, 2032
characters in TSR Jr. 4.00).
