I've got a shotgun that I'm hoping someone could help with giving me some
info on it. All i know of it's history is that my great Uncle brought it
back from Germany after the occupation in WW II. It has no clear markings,
except for an emblem stamped on it and the word "nitro" . It's a double
barrel 30" barrels, 12 ga. the safety is on the top of the grip, on the
bottom of the barrels there is an emblem that looks like a set of wings with
a crown in them, below that a crown stamp, below that a U stamp, then 131
stamped below it. It has a serial number on it 20524. all the screws on it
have been engraved and the receiver also has been engraved. it's in mint
condition.
If some on could help me identify it and maybe tell me how much it's
worth I'd be thankful.

We are preparing a lawsuit against the Cal. DOJ on behalf of a
class of people who recently had their "assault weapon"
registrations invalidated by Cal. DOJ and who now face potential
felony prosecution.

A subset of this class is people who were actually charged with
a felony, then, pursuant to the statute, registered their firearm,
had the felony charge reduced to an infraction, and got their gun
back. These people also got a letter from DOJ saying their
registration was invalid and instructing them to turn in their
firearm to law enforcement or face prosecution (again).

We need people from that subclass to support an argument to
challenge the registration revocation.

If you know of someone like this, please refer them to this
office. We will handle their case pro bono.
