You can put this issue to bed once and for all by simply providing the Ohio
Code that licenses Private Police Officers.  Additionally to be "grand
fathered"
the code reviser, or Attorney General has to specifically provide for that in
any revision of existing code.  Point to specific cites to both and this 
ssue
of "private police" can be put to rest.
