I belong to over 50 Yahoo groups. Only 2 didn't have the header prefix. 
I've never received a subject line with multiple header prefixes in any 
of the groups. Once in a great while I get a "Re: Re: [group] subject" 
but never any longer.

But now at least I can pick out this group from the SPAM in the web mail 
interface at my ISP every morning. Thanks everyone.
