I don't think I have ever commented on the English usage of anyone who
apparently was not a native English speaker. I do have limits, after all. I
don't recall commenting much if at all on the Netherlands either. I know
next to
nothing about the internal politics in your country, so there wouldn't be
much to comment on. On the other hand, there was the Dutch East Indies.
Fertile ground there.
