   Norwaywith coastal gales mostly snow spreading into Sweden with a mix
   of rain and snow for Denmark and along Baltic locations through Estonia
   to Belarus and Latvia, temperatures near 0C across Scotland to well
   below 0C Norway and Sweden generally near 0C Denmark. Increasingly
   cloudy northern, manly coastal France, into Belgium and Netherland with
   combination of low cloud and coastal fog along with mix of rain and
   drizzle temperature generally 5C. Remainder of France through
   Switzerland Switzerland, Austria, across Germany to Poland some
   sunshine where cloud breask though generally freezing fog persisting.
   For Spain Spain through to Italy including islands sunshine and showers
   often heavy and prolonged especially southeast coastal Spain
   temperature generally 15 to 20C. Elsewhere generally dry with sunshine
   temperature belwo 0C Bosnia to Romania towards Albania with scattered
   snow showers 0C generally though well belwo with height, to 15C Turkey
   to Greece.

   Continuing stormy across Ireland through Scotland, England and Wales
   across to Norway and Sweden with prolonged often heavy rain for BI and
   snow conttinuing through Scandanavia below 0C across Scotland and well
   below Norway and Sweden, near 0C denmark Denmark. Continuing outbreaks
   of snow with sub-zero across Baltic. Cloudy with outbreaks of rain and
   drizzle along coastal stretches through France to Belgium, Netherlands
   into Germany and coatal Poland Poland For mch of remainder of central
   regions, Switzerland to Austria cloudy with low cloud mist and fog
   persisting. Spain towards Italy changeable with a mix of sunshine and
   frequent often thundery showers 15C. Scattered showers with sunshine
   for Greece.
