I don't know, it's a development environment for the AS/400. (I think it's
multi platform but has extensions for each.) Totally written in Java I
think.

Nah, I got it -- my problem is that it wouldn't install right, the
uninstall of the previous version is crap and the new version uses some of
the old version's registry entries without changing them. I had to go in
and strip out everything to do with the old version to get it to install.
(There should be a global search and delete in the registry editor!
Regcleaner didn't even strip out enough, I had to do it manually.)
