The connection is this:  he's a terrorist, plain and simple.  He has 
sent money to the families to those who went on suicide missions into 
Israel - for starters.  Bush vowed he would take the fight against terrorism 
to the doorstep of terrorists themselves, and any nations that harbours 
terrorism.  

Having said that, it must also be stated that Iraq won't be the last 
such target.  For now, everyone's playing nicely with N. Korea, but I'm 
convinced that's the case because most of the U.S.'s resources are 
concentrated on Iraq.  Once that's done, watch out for who's next.
