  Don,
    If by a Wad you mean a user level for Duke Nukem 3D, just put the
  .MAP file in your Duke directory and when you start up Duke type:
  DUKE3D MAP USER.MAP  (substitute your .MAP file for
  USER.MAP). After it starts up, save it, and then next time you can
  just start it from the saved games page.
