Hello All.

Much has been added to the MC&D website, along with a new HTTP address.
The new addy is http://chatter.ods.org. The older address will still work
for now, but is not the updated page, and will eventually be removed as
everything is migrated over to the new virtual host directory.

It's beginning to look a lot like drivel....
