Than there was the case of treasury agents who overheard
three guys well in their cups at a bar discussing
counterfitting currency so in the name of justice...
Seems upon introductions the would be counterfitters lacked the
resources, building, paper, press or expertise to accomplish 
their goal.
Well the U.S. government ever the friend to the enterprising
small businessman provided a building, printing press,
paper and an individual with the expertise to accomplish
the task and promtply arrested the evil doers.
