RS> Guess who looks remarkably silly trying to tell me what I do. But then RS> you look extremely silly anyway, so I guess it wont make any difference. Talking about yourself again Rod! Perhaps you'd like to explain your *triple* standards to us all! standard 1. You blatantly defame Easy Way International after seeing what you claimed was the first time you'd seen it advertised (going back beyond your memory now I bet!)... without really having any solid knowledge of the company. Calling it "illegal this.. illegal that.. scam.. blah blah blah.." Nothing of what you have written has any factual content! You are just guessing from your lack of proper understanding and also because you're too deep into this to back out now or make a *complete* idiot in front of everyone of yourself! (Which have already done many times as far as I'm concerned.) standard 2. You agreed that Amway is legal in this echo and aust_avtech. Amway also uses Network-Marketing/Multi-Level-Marketing.. although EWI and Amway have little else in common after that point as far as how they do business. But they are both legal! Have you any idea just how many MLM companies there are even in Australia which *are* legal! standard 3. Upon seeing an *actual* and downright *obvious* scam... your first reply to the advert is along the lines of asking what it as about! Not abusing and carrying on like you did with EWI though! Only after many people had replied etc. did you actually make it seem like you were certain about it. You are pathetic Rod. Your implications of what goes on in EWI (i.e. a "pyramid-sell system") is just so far from the truth! RS> RS> RB> the call costs about $1.50 or more... For each person that you get RS> RB> to call it and quote your ID number, you get 50cents, for each person RS> RB> they get to call it you get 25cents etc. etc. Ofcourse there's no way RS> RB> to check who this mob is or that they even paid out with their scam. RS> RS> Yes, thats basically how it work. Pity you didnt actually know that RS> Carl specifically was actually benefiting financially himself and RS> he says that he is not. So he wasnt personally doing anything illegal. RS> He got scammed rather than being the spiv and con man. Unlike you. Pity none of what you wrote there makes much sense Rod! Go back to school! Me a spiv? hahaha! What a joke! Me a con-man? pity you don't really know me at all to see how wrong your accusations are! Besides... since when have I conned anyone!? I will leave that question completely open to any pathetic attack you think you can throw at it! But without an actual fact to back it up (which I already know there won't be any!) it will be ignored. RS> RB> it's illegal "pyramid-selling" because the majority of people who call RS> RB> the number will only lose the cost of the call and get nothing for it! RS> RS> Thats NOT the criterion that makes the illegal pyramid marketing RS> schemes illegal. They are illegal if even if they do return some money RS> to the people involved in the pyramid. And pyramid schemes normally do, RS> particularly to the people who get in early. They are illegal anyway. RS> What you have missed is the point that if it is *actually* a scam... then that is what will happen! If it is a legitimate company, then they won't just be throwing away their money without knowing if they'll ever get anything for it! A legit company is built around a product &/or service. The simple test works like this: would you *buy* the product/service offered by the company even if you weren't in the commission-plan or if it didn't have one!? If yes.. then it's probably not a scam. If you definately wouldn't buy the product/service (perhaps there isn't one! as is the case in many scams!), then it probably is.. or could be considered a scam. You decide! would you call a mysterious phone-number which cost $1 or more if you knew you'd get nothing out of it? a mere pyramid-sell is built around *only* the pyramid! RS> Watch out for the cops coming calling, include a real address. Watch out for the men dressed in white who would immediately put a restricting jacket on you and wisely carry you away ... --- TSX-BBS (Multi-line 32-bit BBS)* Origin: Empire BBS (3:632/530) SEEN-BY: 50/99 620/243 623/630 624/300 632/0 107 271 304 309 320 325 326 329 SEEN-BY: 632/348 454 502 506 516 525 530 552 998 999 1000 633/371 634/384 397 SEEN-BY: 635/301 502 503 544 637/103 639/252 711/409 410 413 430 510 807 808 SEEN-BY: 711/809 816 933 934 712/515 713/888 714/906 800/1 7877/2809 @PATH: 632/530 998 635/503 50/99 711/808 809 934 |
