Well, I gave them a call, and it turned out to be just the kids' hotline... 
"Did Mom or Dad say it's OK to call?  Good, press 1 to talk to the DJ or 
press 2 to leave a birthday message."  Unfortunately I was hoping to talk to 
someone in their technical or marketing departments.  I don't suppose you 
know those numbers?  I tried looking on the Disney web page, but i didn't 
find any mention of Radio Disney at all.  Maybe if I can catch the call 
letters, I can get a phone number for the local station.
