Ok.  I've gone through the "buildhlp.exe" file, and when I got to section 6, 
it began not to make sense.  First: What is a high and low tag?  How do I set 
it?
I found that t sets a sector low tag and h sets a sector high tag, but this 
doesn't seem to help much :)
Sorry if my question is redundant of someone elses, I only just started
