Just a minor nit on this. The Administration argued that the US
Constitution did not apply to Guantanamo Bay. Not US Law as such. Not that
I agree with them on this point. I wonder what their reaction would be if a
Cuban Policeman , with copies of their arguments arrived at the gates
saying that since this was Cuba he was there to investigate a crime under
Cuban Law .
