    i was wondering ( i haven't seen the SNIPPETS faq recently ) how
  one goes about donating code for inclusion in the next SNIPPETS
  release. do i simply post it in the c++ programming or c
  programming echo(s)? or, do i send it email|netmail|whatever to you
  directly?
