Occassionally, I have a problem downloading files from various web pages.

My research has led me to conclude that I can download from normal HTTP
sites without any problems.  

But if I get to a HPPTS site, the PM DOWNLOADER fails.  I think it has to
do  with some ways that the link is initiated.  For those that have a link
directly to the file do download, it might work fine.  But for those that
link to some form of download page to accomplish this goal, it fails.

Has anyone else seen this problem?

Perhaps there is some setting that I need to review?  I don't monkey with
the Firefox settings very much if at all.
