Don:
If I read the above correctly, you are booting the wrong driver for an LSI
21040 U160.
(see adapter ID 7 showing LSILogic 53C875 id driver. This driver here is SYM8XX.ADD)
AFAIK, because I use one, the LSI 21040 "NEEDS" the SYM_HI.ADD
from "os2u2u3.zip".
When booting, it shud show HBA 0 and 1 (ID 7) as LSILogic 53C1010. It shud also
show LSI 53C1010 in your scsi bios (ctrl-C).
Are you sure you have "sym_hi.add" in your boot drive and config.sys?
