yeah.. used to be my dads... and it still sounds good... i have his amp too
its a 1963 gibson atlas IV... 4 speaker (2 10's 2 12's)... whoa... amazing 
sound... it was the first gibson head to use wiring instead of tubes 
although
i much prefer tube amps)... it was the first one... the guys at the store 
when i went to get it fixed kept sayin 
"Man... where did you get this serviced last? the wiring is a mess!"
"What do you mean its never been serviced - they didnt make wiring back then
 it was all tubes" 
 
=) they wouldnt believe my dad OR I that it had never been opened before...
