Rich, since the misunderstanding of what this echo is for crops up over
and over again, mightn't it save you some work and echo newbies some
confusion just to change its name to AFTER-MEETING CHAT or something
similar? The name "RECOVERY" really does suggest that this is a place to
talk serious program, and most people don't see the descriptor above or
the echorules to tell them differently before they plunge in.
