Thees, If you had specifically mentioned the new international court I wouldn't have questioned what you said. Yes, Congress did pass a law or was that a resolution? I don't remember. Either way, it was as farce. Were Iran or Saudi Arabia, for example, to charge American soldiers with war crimes, does anyone really believe the US would invade either country? Were some judge in Belgium or Spain were to do so, does anyone see any possibility of the US invading those countries? I think not. Congress was blustering as it often does.
