There are always off-topic posts here,  this is one.
IMO the last tow weeks have been one of the "cleaner" periods.
I was surprised by curtis's comments.

I figure singal to noise is about 90% here (90% of all quoted statistics
are made up) but I can understan the impact of about 20 off-topic posts,
escpcially if you're reading them in subject order...
