More likely he'll do somethign that causes the shelf to fall down,
become inured and then call someone who will prove that when it comes to
taking people's money and valuables he was a rank amature.
Who are the Professional theives?  Why the lawyers who represent them
in their law suit against their intended victims of course.
Somehow I think we need a law that says "If you are injured while YOU
are in the act of committing a crime.... TOUGH SUCKER, YOU ASKED FOR IT"
But alas... I don't see that comming any time soon.
