Several years ago when I worked in an Omaha hospital, I noted
- on different occasions - that some of the females visiting patients would
be all bundled up (5 degree weather) in an insulated parka, gloves ... and
micro-miniskirt (not much more than a ballerina's tutu).  I've always
wondered why only the top half seems to get cold....
