Be sure the "Base Type" is set to Netmail on your netmail area. Also in
"Message Base Settings" Set "Force NL Match" to No. You
can set it to yes but
you have to be sure your nodelist is compiled with mutil and updated
regularly. If the address is not found the user (even you) will not be able
to enter a netmail if the address isn't present in your compiled nodelist.

The developer is very much listening to problems as well as the wishes of the
users of Mystic. Wishes of course are secondary to the overall functionality of
the BBS.
