Hello All!
I am trying to figure why my system is having an 100% CPU-usage when writing 
to the ( hard ) disk when receiving files. While I am using OSTSR I did 
expect a continious low CPU level. I do have the impression this type of 
behaviour is turning up especially at the moment I do have information ( 
files ) written to my hard disk. I do have the destinct feeling this 
behaviour turns up not only inside the VDM's, but as well with ( file ) 
writing action from within an OS/2 session...
Is there any way in which I would be able to change this type of behaviour? I 
would like to multitask in a non-disturbed way. Who has overcome/coped with a 
situation like this before? I do not know myself where I should go and look 
for a solution...
