As I've said before "No". My qualifications are often no higher than
those getting the jobs. I am category four and all the grads being hired
are category three and four...I'm no more expensive than they are. In
fact I know some who are more expensive as they have experience and are
therefore higher on the category four grid than I am. (I am on the
lowest rung of THAT ladder.)
