If you have dos sessions and have some TSRs which intercept INT 9, then

they can produce these sorts of problems in DOS let alone OS/2 (I've

seen it in OS/2 version 2.0, I assume it can still happen). DOS programs

are NOW supposed to use INT 15H, function 4FH.

If you don't have any dos sessions or programs which intercept

INT 9 active then go back to your crappy keyboard theory!

If you do and you have a few TSRs to load then try changing the order of

loading.
