You don't. NT operating systems do not use DUN but rather
something called "rasdial.exe" located in c:\windows\system32.
About the only thing you can do is to go through Control Panel, Phones
and Modems. Try reviewing the properties. That's for dial up service.
For DSL (phone and cable) you have to open the Local Area Connection
properties dialog from Control Panel and make any adjustments there.
I have never had problems with dial up or direct connection either in
NT 4.0, Win2000, or XP. It's usually straight forward, self detecting,
(Win2000 and XP) and really does not require further fiddling with
protocols. Unless you have a network, there's really not much that has
to be done at all.
