Other than chicken and fish, what are some other lean sources of protein?
This is a totally new concept to me. I've been exercising hard and eating
lots of breads and pastas. I've improved my fat to muscle mass ratio
greatly, but I still weigh about the same and I feel hungry almost all the
time. Maybe what I need to do is concentrate on additional protein intake?
