I've done a bit of Googling about the Wings outfake "Penny O'Dell."  A
number of websites agree that this song is actually by BBC reporter
Kenny O'Dell.  Here are my questions:

1. Is this song really by Kenny O'Dell?  If not, then who?

2. Was it ever officially released on any Kenny O'Dell recordings?

3. If not, which bootleg has the best sounding recording of this song?
(And just to be very clear, I am NOT asking where to buy such
bootlegs).
