Wow man, if that was to be taken seriously (actually the whole idea of
making such a bill is pretty serious), I'd be a bit worried. Funniest part
is that you wouldn't even have to *do* anything, just plan:
"A person commits the crime of terrorism if the person knowingly
plans, participates in or carries out any act that is intended, by at least
one of it's participants, to disrupt:
(a) The free and orderly assembly of inhabitants of the State of
Oregon;" ...and so on.
So, if you lived in Oregon, and I wanted to sneak behind you and say
"boo" to make you jump while you were talking with someone, just
because I thought it was funny, that would be terrorism because I knowingly
disrupted you? I am speechless.
No, really, it would probably be for the best if something like this would
actually pass and become a law. Maybe that would open some eyes, eh?
