The introduction to echopol2.txt states (in part)..

Only citizens of countrys belonging to Zone2 are allowed to vote.

Anyone outside of Z2 is likely to stop reading right there.. :)

There is no blunder because there is no election (if we go by policy). There
is only a ZC selected by the RCs of the zone.

There is no "power to the people" in fidonet. The power is all in the hands
of the *Cs. If we are going to change that we need to change policy. We never
voted for policy7 either. It was simply handed down, agree to it or not.

While we are at it I think EP2 could use a slight edit too.. :)
