 It could be that the modems are having trouble with the connection.
 Perhaps the modem is trying to retrain, and it just can't do it...There
 should be a command in the Supra manual to turn off the re-train
 feature. Make sure your init. string is set to AT&F2  for best
 results or AT&F1 if you are using a Mac. Did you have this problem
 before?
