where is your semaphor directory??  It's in fdsetup... mine is in \fd\sema
directory .. if your batch file starts like this
cd\fd\sema
and then

echo >> fdfreeze.all
it'll work... or U can just do...

echo >> \fd\sema\fdfreeze.all

I did also see in the bottom example that there was >>> not

Something else to note.  I saw in some other examples that there were some
wait statements.... the freezing of the nodes doesn't haoppen right away U
have to make sure there is a delay of sorts to give the nodes a chance to
go off line.
