Wow! There is the very real possibility that the Gates Foundation will
produce some major benefits to society within a few years.

It's a bit terrifying that so much power can be in so few hands. But it's
sensational that a small and focused group will have the power to research,
experiment and implement ideas. It's pretty clear that most governments and
the UN have not lived up to the hopes people held.
